- 2015Established Der Posh Sriracha Co., Ltd. for the purpose of buying and selling land.
- 2017Started The Landmark condominium project, Pluak Daeng, Rayong, on approximately 4 rai of land.
- 2018Started Derposh Grand Sriracha project, Sriracha District, Chonburi, on approximately 58 rai of land.
- 2025Started ANDA by Derposh project, Mueang Rayong District, Rayong Province.
